My goal is to become an IAS officer and presently I am a BCA student. So, should I complete MCA or not?

I'm quite afraid that if I do not go for IAS then with BCA I might get a low salary.

No need to go for MCA because you will be wasting your time, start preparing for IAS. Even if you are not able to get through IAS. You will be able to get a job on the basis of BCA if you have good technical knowledge and you can always pursue MCA correspondence along with your job.
