My gpa is 6.36/10. I have done B.E. in ECE from Manipal Univ. Is my gpa less to apply for Univ. in USA? I am planning for MS in USA.

I am planning for MS in Computer science in USA/Australia/Singapore. Is my gpa less for admissions in good universities? What all universities can i apply? I have not given gre yet but planning to give gre in october/november 2013.
