My grad. percentage is 61. I read that the min. percentage should be 75. Is there any other way for me to go to Germany for my PG studies?

Yes, if you are extremely talented and you have scored very well in your TOEFL or IELTS tests along with you must have a recommendation letter from any of your professors or seniors, you have a chance of getting admission in any of the universities of Germany.
