Yes, you can apply for the CDS exam even if your percentage is 35%. There is no minimum percentage requirement for applying for CDS. As per the UPSC notification, you need to have graduated from a recognised university. You must also be under the age of 25 to be eligible to apply. Your percentage won't affect your application. However, you may have a difficult question regarding your low academic score on the SSB. The board will require you to justify your lower percentile in graduation. As long as you are well prepared to face this, you can sail through this exam. -
