Only on the basis of GRE and IELTS score nobody can recommend you universities. How much did you score in your UG degree and what exactly are you planning to study? -

Clemson
University of Delaware, Newark

Georgia state university, Atlanta
Washington State University, Pullman
Mississippi State University, Starkville
George Washington University, Washington DC
Lehigh university, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
They are good universities, you can look for this university for GRE for getting admission.
