My gre score is 298, Ielts result yet to come. I am doing B.Tech in ECE with 75% till 3rd year year.

I want to do masters in netherland or germany. Please suggest some universities along with total expenses. I am interested in the university of twente for ms in nanotechnology please give the total expenses including fees , accommodation, food etc for the university of twente.
