My gre score is verbal 144 quants 154. Ielts result yet to come. Is there a chance that I can get a good university in usa or germany.
75.1 % till 3rd year. I am doing b.tech in ECE

Yes. You can get admission into a decent university with your GRE and IELTS of 6.5
