At 155 cm, you are just below the minimum height requirement for most international airlines, which usually ranges from 158 cm to 160 cm. But most airlines use an arm reach test instead of a strict height cutoff for that:

You must be able to reach 212cm on a wall barefoot.

Yes, You can get job in airline as Cabin Crew member but Airlines give priority to unmarried candidates for cabin crew members. Candidates should have good knowledge of body language and be well-groomed. No tattoos should be visible when you are in uniform.
