Yes, you are eligible to apply for ground staff training. -
Frankfinn is no job providing institute. Hence you will have to apply for a job with any airline or may be with any ground services provider.
They usually do not have any such height criteria for most of the jobs, apart from cabin crew profiles. Hence you may proceed for ground jobs although your height is too less for flying jobs being a male candidate.
