My icar overall rank is 3, I took admission in uas dharwad for Ph.D. food and nutrition through icar.

1st took Admission. But 2nd didn't take admission. Mine is 3rd, only 1st ranker got srf. May I know reasons why my srf got cancelled. Is there any chances.
