My IELTS score is 5.5. Can I apply for Masters or PG in the mechanical related field in colleges or universities in Canada?
My module wise score is R-5.5, L-4.5, S-6, W-6 and my class 10th result is 83%. Also, I've scored 63% in 12th (science). Besides, I have completed Bachelor of engineering (Mechanical) with 7.99 CGPA in June 2017. Please also suggest the name of colleges or universities.

Hi Jay, it will be difficult to suggest college names, every college has different requirements and the admission decision also varies from profile to profile. Your grades are alright but not too high. MS admissions are highly competitive. I would suggest you to retake the IELTS , for MS studies an overall score of 6.5 is mostly required. You should also check universities in Australia, better for your grades. See here
