My IELTS score is 5.5 overall. Can I apply for studying Masters or PG Diploma in Canada or Australia?
IELTS score- reading-5.5, listening-4.5, speaking-6 and writing-6. My 10th result is 83% and scored 65% in class 12th.

You can but most of the reputed universities conducts admission for minimum 6.5 in IELTS.
