My IELTS score is 6.5 (l-7,R-6.5,S-6,W-6). Will there be any affect of backlogs on my MS admission in Canada?
I had 5 backlogs in BE mechanical engineering.

You can only get admission in a Canadian university to pursue MS after you clear your backlogs. -
Yes, Canadian institute do not accept candidates with backlogs. First, clear all your backlogs.
