My IIST OBC NCL rank is 2455 and women OBC NCL rank is 485. Is there any chance to get a seat in IIST Thiruvananthapuram?

<p>Hello, </p><p>It is quite difficult to predict the chances of getting seat in IIST, Thiruvananthapuram based on JEE Advanced rank. Last year the cut off rank (IIST UG ADMISSION-RANK) is as follows for OBC category</p><ul><li>Aerospace Engineering: 473</li><li>Electronics and Communication &nbsp;: 511</li><li>B.Tech. + Master of Science/Master of Technology: 521</li></ul><p>And here is the Closing Percentage of JEE Advanced 2020 marks.</p><ul><li>Aerospace Engineering: 21.72 %</li><li>Electronics and Communication &nbsp;: 21.46%</li><li>B.Tech. + Master of Science/Master of Technology: 21.21%</li></ul><p>Each year the maximum marks for JEE Advanced changes so does the cut off. You will have decent chances of getting seat if your total score in JEE Advanced is in between 21-25% of total score.</p>
