My IIT JEE rank is 9943 and the selections in first list were till 9601. Shall I wait for the second list for IIT Delhi??
Or shall I take in other lower branches of IIT acc to this rank???

You shouldn't wait If you have better option with any NIT or any other reputed college you should opt for it and Btw whts your ALL India AIEEE rank
