My % in 12 class is 75 .... Are these marks sufficient for pursuing Pilot course not only for formality but from knowledge side ?

For being a pilot you need Min 50% in 12th with Maths and Physics. After that you can apply for commercial pilot licence from DGCA.
For Indian Air force you need min 70 % in 12th.
