my indraprastha university cet exam 2011 rank for B.tech programme is 22894.am i eligible to get admission in B.tech?
i am residing outside Delhi so can i get admission in B.tech and if in case i do have a Delhi domicile
then it will help me out to take admission via quota?

sorry your rank is too low to get admission in IP. to get admission in IP in general Category your rank must be within 8000.
