My ipu rank is 25688 & 80% in 12th.I want to do b tech in CS/IT/Mech.please guide me.

Your IPU rank is low.its hard to get good college.
but even u want to do b.tech u can go for it .i.e.CS/IT/Mech
as per your interest .
do what u feel.mean to say that what u like and in which
u are interested.
