My January Mains percentile in 99.5 and in April it is around 94% & my 1st year IP marks are 464, can I get a seat in this college?

IIIT HYDERABAD is in news these days with newspapers claiming that median CTC obtained by it's students is higher than it's peers. As already announced by NTA, your best if the two score will be valid for ranking and hence my heartiest congratulations to you for obtaining percentile score of above 99. With this percentile, be assured that will definitely be admitted in this institute.
