The number of seats available and the IITs to which you can gain admission will rely on a variety of variables, including the preferences of other applicants and the number of seats in each branch.
Without knowing the precise cutoff ranks for each branch and category, it is challenging to present an entire list of IITs where you can secure a seat.

Firstly, you have not got a rank in JEE Advanced rank list.The vacant seats reserved for SC, ST and PwD candidates, which don't get filled in the counselling are allotted to the candidates of respective categories for admission to a preparatory course.Preparatory courses mean that for one year you will be prepared and trained in IIT, and then after one year youll be declared pass or fail according to which you will get a direct admission in an undergraduate course from next academic session i.e 2022.
So, the rank you have is for Preparatory Course, which is different from an actual undergraduate programme in IIT.
