My JEE Advanced rank is 2908 OBC-NCL which college and branch should I prefer?

You can get civil in IITBHU and upto Electrical Branch in new 2nd Generation IITs like IITBhillai. If you have interest in coding then go for college as they will have awesome coding culture but only drawback is that you have to study some other core branch subject. Hope it helps.
