My JEE AIR is 991.I am confusing about which is best IHM College. AIHM chandigarh or DIHM Delhi or IHM banglore or IHM kolkata or IHM Goa.

AIHM Chandigarh is the best option, and if you wait for second round you can get IHM Mumbai also. All the best.
