B.Tech CSE at DTU is very competitive, with General category receiving the most competition. In this case, General Category - Outside Delhi candidates can hardly afford to rejoice at a rank below 70000 within CSE 2017 as closing ranks do not even go beyond 10000 (and in most cases much below).But, i
