My Jee(Main) April percentile is 80.1274172 and CRL 231307 can I get admission in Computer Science. My XII marks is 88%.

Yes, with 80.12% percentile in JEE Mains and 231307 CRL rank you are eligible to take admission for computer science branch in Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute Of Engineering Management & Research (DYPIEMR) and your 12th percentage is also good.
