As IEM is a popular private engineering college so I don't think that you are eligible for CSE branch there, being in safe side you must have rank under 30000 in CRL for the desired branch.

Sorry to say, but it is almost impossible to get computer science engineering in IEM with 449958 rank in JEE Mains open category. But, you can get admission in UEM, which is run by IEM authorities, if you are interested.
