You can't get any govt institute with this score but you can get good private colleges like Jaypee Institute of Engineering and Technology, Galgotia, UPES Dehradun, UTM Shillong, MNIT, BITs etc. These have good placements, infra and faculty.

Yes, you will get it but my personal opinion is that you should go for private universities like SRM,VIT, etc.

yeah there are chances of getting NIT's. and about private universities you need to clear there entrance exams or you can also try some other private institutes giving admission on the basis of JEE mains marks.
