With 3665 rank in JEE Mains Paper 2 2019 exam and 92.6% in class 12th, you have chances of securing admission in NITs.

Paper 1 there are chances for you to get in some NITs, where I suggest you to use college predictor Tool:

For Paper 2 the seats in NITs are highly limited to less than 600, so you cannot get admission in any of the NITs. But you can get admission in some other government colleges with that score. B.Tech and B.Arch are different things, it's better to choose one before you proceed.
