My JEE main rank is 175298 which is college BTech CSE admission.
As you have not mentioned your home state and whether you want college in your state or in any state of India so lets talk about all over India.
Talking about IIT, I see very less possibility of getting CSE or any branch with your rank. But NITS looks promising to you. Previous year NIT's cutoff show
