My jee main rank is 28000 and vit rank is 4500. What is best option ?

If you get a good college under JEE rank, go for it. If you have to make a compromise, go for VIT. VIT is a good college and it would all depend on you how to get the best out of you.

I don't know whether your choice is CSE or not, but I prefer you to appear for JEE Advance and attend VIT counseling as a backup plan. Later on base on your JEE Advance rank you can choose options.

Go for NIT. It got a brand. In NIT you will get fighting brains. Money is not the core factor. But in VIT money matters. You got 4500 rank and you deserve the seat but through management quota a non deserver will get seat. How decorated a private institutions looks like but still its a private unles
