Admission to NIT Patna (CSE) requires closing ranks between 10,529 to 13,706 in JoSAA for general candidates. Since your rank is much higher than that, CSE at any NIT is not attainable in the general category.

It is very difficult to get good colleges with this rank but here are some colleges in Bihar which offers Computer Science Engineering this includes NIT Patna, Bhagalpur College of Engineering, Gaya College of Engineering, Nalanda University, Government Funded Technology Institutes GFTI Bihar.
