My jee main rank is 530000 (general category). And 210000 (Obc-ncl).Can I am eligible for taking admission in govt btech college in Haryana

I'm sorry to say that you won't be able to get in any kind of government college because until now no college has taken students with more than 3000 rank. I don't know about Haryana government colleges closing limit, but if you want then you can apply there.
