My JEE Main rank is 54249 (OBC-NCL) and my home state is Puducherry. I want to join NIT-Puducherry. Can I get admission in it?

Most of them said you will definitely get admission. But only 2 of them said you can't because your cutoff doesn't meet last year's cutoff. Please explain.

You may get that NIT after all its dependent on counceiling. It's my personally suggestion go for counceiling round. And if you want check possibilities that what would you get on behalf of this rank go to the Shiksha's own college predictor.

Sir, In Shiksha college predictor as per JEE Mains 2017 rank, I have possibilities in round 1 for CSE and EEE and in round 5 for ECE and Civil and now this year 2018 any possibilities for my rank to decrease because one of my teachers said all details should be clear at the fourth week of June beca
