My JEE main score is 40 and 70% marks in board exam can I get admission in good colleges and I belong to sc category

Cutoff for jee mains for SC category was 50 so are not eligible to give jee advance.
with 70% marks your chances are low in jee mains.
so i would suggest you to try for the following colleges-
