My JEE Main score is 60 and rank is 171791 in general and got 51% and 310 marks CHOSE 2018. Can I get admission in VSSUT?

Yes, you can get a seat in VSSUT happily. By looking at last year stats i.e. 2017, girls having ranks of 2lakhs in JEE mains have got mechanical engineering branch in VSSUT, so it might not be difficult for you to get a seat in VSSUT, as you have secured a good rank. -
