The score may be enough for SC category, but of course your choice of branch also matters a lot. Try for a branch you like, if you don't get in there are other colleges also as good as MNIT. All the best

Yes you are and also you may get admission here. One of my friends with your specifications only got admission here in 2013. He got around 95 marks in jee mains and 85% in boards.
