    Hey Suyash,
    Cutoff depends on the quality of students applying for admission, so no predictions would work.
    Every year trends:-
    CSE: 57k-60k (sector 62), 70k-95k(sector 128)
    So visit campus once to assure this.

    Your rank is not so good. With this rank, you cannot get any govt. colleges but you may get good private colleges.
    Yes, you can get CSE in JIIT, Sector 128.
