My JEE Mains central rank is 36221 and catagory rank 5944 may I get NIT IN ANDHRA PRADESH.

You have not written about the category and home state you belong to. However based on your JEE Main category rank if you belong to to SC, then you can get the following in NIT Andhra Pradesh.
1. CSE
2. ECE
3. EEE
4. Mech etc.
