No, it's not possible to get any NITs even the low ranked and low cutoff NITs with JEE Mains Crl rank 288000 and OBC rank 101000. Don't expect any admission in any NITs through your JEE Mains rank. However you can apply for admission to other colleges who accepts admission based on the merit scores
