My JEE Mains EWS rank is 28000. Which top colleges can I get? Can I get into DTU?
I want a decent college like NSUT or DTU.

If you're a general category Delhite, then there's no possibility that you'll get the admission in DTU in any branch. But considering that you have mentioned quota, I want to know which quota to explain better
If you fall under OBC category then yes you have the chance of getting admission with branches lower or equivalent to electrical engineering
If you're SC or ST, then accordingly you have the chances to get admission with better branches.
