My JEE Mains general category rank is 42053 and GEN-EWS rank is 5362, can I get CSE in BIT, Sindri?

Yes, you can get admission in BIT Sindri in computer Science engineering with this rank in JEE Mains. At the same time, I will suggest you to apply for information technology also. It might happen, that the cut offs for CSE may increase in first round. So it will be safer for you. Best of luck.
