My jee mains marks is 192 And cbse % 90 Jee advance rank expected 10, 000 What should I do ? Will taking a drop in kota help me.

    Go with ur heart, If you think drop will give you better result then you can get. Otherwise you can get NIT or some iits.

    You will get NITS and NIT from home state quota as per your jee main score &12%.
    but you don't get IITS as per jee advance expected rank.
    so my suggestion is you have to take admission in NITS

    U can get a good college including NIT n IIIT. Taking a drop will be a mistake. Ur marks r quite good

    You can get a good NIT with your JEE Mains rank but if you are sure enough on your preparations taking a drop for one year isn't a bad choice either if IIT is the ultimate path for you! It is solely your own choice - just listen to your inner voice and take your decision wisely!
    Benefits of one year drop:
    1) More time to prepare, no board worries anymore.
    If you are really confident go for it straightway and avoid coaching as much as you can!!
