My JEE Mains paper-2, AIR in the category is 2716 and score is 217. Can I get a good govt. college for B.Arch like NITs?

NIT's would be a little difficult, but yes you may have an outside chance depending on which ranks choose NIT's. Visit this link to check B.Arch colleges based upon your rank:

Finding NIT in any category like OBC, SC or ST, you need a rank below 1500 to find a seat. -
