Yes, You can get admission in CS/IT engineering in government college but you have to check your Rank in last year cutoff of college you can find them on MP DTE website there is always slight difference in closing rank. By last year cutoff of some state government college you can get CS/IT branch. Please see Jossa and MPDTE last year cutoff for clarification.
