It is very difficult to translate % into ranks. This is the case since no one is aware of the number of pupils who fall within a few percentiles of each other or at the same percentile. Only the National Testing Agency has access to all the information, and they will definitely release it soon after

Hello Y Santosh Kumar Reddy, converting percentage into ranks is very tough preposition. This is so because None of us knows as to how many students are at the same percentile or within few percentiles.
