I hope you are doing well. If it's General Rank, you can get any of NITs. Less chances of CS in top3 but it's an adequate rank for other branches there too. And in other NIT you can access any branch. By the way, you should try for IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Delhi, IISC Bangalore, NSIT Delhi, DTU Delhi counselling. These colleges are comparable to Top 3 NITs and many of IITs too.
