My JEE Mains rank under OBC category is 3515. Can I get EEE branch in NIT, Warangal?

It seem difficult but not an issue, I suggest you to choose your college and branch list wisely prefer top colleges with top branches then lower branches then slightly low rank college with top branch and the low branch. It will help to get you to a good NIT.
