My JEE Mains SC rank is 45000 and my JEE advance SC rank is 3541 which IIT I can get? Please tell me.

Since your JEE Mains and JEE Advanced ranks are good enough to get a seat in one of the IITs. You have a high chance of getting into these IITs like IIT Roorkee, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, and so on. It is important to note that the cutoffs for different IITs vary every year, so it is difficult to say which IIT you will get into with your current ranks.
