<p>You might not be able to get good colleges with that percentile, so if you are passionate about doing engineering then join a reputed private college or prepare again for JEE and try to score above 90 Percentile so that you may get admission in government college.</p><p>If you just want to do graduation and are not passionate about engineering then you can take admission in local colleges (private mostly)</p>
