My JEE percentile is 70.72. Which course can I get? I am an OBC student.

If you got 70.72 percentile in JEE Main then your rank after JEE Main April will be around 5 lakhs with this rank you can't get NIT's, but you can get admission in Reputed private colleges like
SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai
