Yes, you can get admission on the basis of your JEE scores and since you have scored more than 80 percentile in JEE, you will be exempted from giving LPU NEST. However, you can apply for LPU NEST for scholarship purposes. The eligibility criteria is passed with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST or JEE Main. For direct admission, a student must score a minimum of 80 percentile in JEE Main. In this case, LPU NEST (LPU's entrance exam) will be exempted for you.
